Will my order be shipped complete?
Orders will be shipped complete unless an item in your order is out of stock. In this case, you will be notified of the out of stock item, and given a choice of shipping incomplete or substituting with a similar item. All will be verified before proceeding with shipping your order.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping fees are calculated automatically for USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground Shipping and will be displayed when you proceed to the checkout page. For orders over 40lbs. you will be prompted to contact us directly for Shipping Costs. Other Shipping Rates will be adjusted depending on your delivery needs.
How can I track my order?
You may track your order using the provided tracking numbers in your confirmation email at either the USPS or UPS Websites. You can also track your order through our website: Order Tracking | PS Helium & Balloons
Can I add to an order after I have submitted it to you online?
Due to our rapid order turnaround, we are unable to add to orders that have been submitted. Even orders sent at night go through an automated process to have them ready to pack when we get here in the morning. Please be certain to include everything you need before submitting.

How will I know when my order was shipped?
An automatic USPS or UPS shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your order ships, including the appropriate order tracking numbers, anticipated delivery date and a link so that you may track your package directly through .
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders received Monday through Friday usually ship same or next business day. Please refer to UPS Ship Map to determine transit times: https://www.ups.com/maps/results?loc=en_US
Allow 5-7 business days for orders to the West Coast, and Canada. Alaska/Hawaii ground shipments arrive within 12-15 days via USPS Priority Mail.

Do you ship to PO, APO and FPO Boxes?
We currently deliver to US Post Office boxes, APO, and FPO boxes via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be the same as the standard ground freight charges that appear on the order form. Delivery normally takes 10-25 working days to arrive.
Can I ship my order to an International destination?
We ship Internationally to select countries. PS Helium is not liable for International duties and taxes requested or collected at time of delivery. Please inquire with your local Postal carrier as to the regulations in your area when receiving packages from the US when shipped by the United States Postal Service to determine what if any charges will apply.Shipping & Return Policy
We take great pride in shipping your order complete and in good condition. You should, however, check your order when received to make sure it is correct, and that there are no damages or discrepancies. You are welcome to return any un-opened or unused products within 30 days of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays by the carriers. Once your return is received by our return department, your credit card will be refund minus the cost of shipping. This same policy also pertains to products that are affected due to shipping delays.LIABILITY

No, we ship to Canada, the United States and surrounding territories. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
We currently only use UPS and the United Postal System. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Return within 30 days of purchase. product must be unopened.
