Helium Contingency Event

Please be advised that PS Helium and Balloons has been notified by their supplier that due to numerous issues affecting helium supply, including active military operations in, and around, Qatar and the Strait of Hormuz, the cessation of operations at the Qatar Energy LNG plant in Ras Laffan, and associated supply chain issues, PS Helium and Balloons has no choice but to declare a Helium Contingency Event. PS Helium and Balloons is incurring significant additional costs related to purchasing of Helium. Effective March 5,2026, there will be a 3% surcharge on the purchase of helium. We regret having to take this action and will provide updates when the situation changes. We thank you for your patience and consideration during this difficult period.
