Helium Tank Rental Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 2026

Welcome to PS Helium and Balloons! By using our Helium services, you agree to these terms.

Rental Duration:

All helium tank rentals are for 3 days from the pickup date listed below. If the tank is not returned by the agreed return date, a $5.00 late fee per day will be charged and deducted from your deposit until the tank is returned.

Security Deposits:

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental

Mini Tank: $25 deposit

Small-Large Tanks: $50 deposit

X-Large & Super Tanks: $75 deposit

Deposits are refundable once the tank is returned on or before the agreed return date and in proper condition. If the tank is returned late, applicable late fees ($5 per day) will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is exhausted, the $5 per day late fee will continue to be charged to your card left on while at Checkout until the tank is received.

Non-Refundable Purchases

All helium purchases and late fees are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for partially full tanks.

Missing Equipment Fees

If the regulator is not returned/damaged, a charge of $40.25 will be applied. This charge will be refunded once the regulator is returned in good condition. If tank caps are not returned, a $10.00 fee will be charged. This charge will be refunded once the cap is returned.

PS Helium and Balloons Reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at anytime.By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. We appreciate your business!
